Wonder's referral program exists to bring in first-time customers. It gives a new account $15 off its first order and $15 off its second. If your account has placed an order before, the promo field rejects the code and there is no version of it that works on that account.
This is worth stating plainly because most coupon sites imply otherwise. If a page offers you a working Wonder code for an existing account, it is either out of date or was never accurate. There are real ways for existing customers to save, and we have written up what actually works for existing accounts, but a new-customer referral code is not one of them.
Wonder identifies customers by phone number and delivery address as well as by email, so an account that looks new to you may not look new to Wonder. If there has been an order from that number or that address before, the code is refused.
Each Wonder kitchen delivers within roughly a 35 minute radius. If no kitchen reaches your address, you never get as far as a checkout that could take a promo code. Check the full list of kitchens first, or the New York City directory if you are in the city, where 27 kitchens cover the five boroughs.
The second $15 is not open ended. It applies to a second order placed within 30 days of the first. If more time than that has passed, the first discount still worked and the second one has expired.
The discount comes off the subtotal before tax. Tax and the service fee are worked out separately, so the figure at the bottom of the receipt drops by less than you might expect. The code still applied.
Search results for Wonder promo codes are full of figures that do not match Wonder's terms. The same aggregators list 10%, 35% and 50% off, and several of them are writing about an unrelated company that also trades under the name Wonder. Check any figure against Wonder's own published terms before you plan an order around it.
